I took two cruises in 2024. I’ve taken a lot of cruises in my life and this year was the first time I took a cruise and no one from my family went with me. I think they were more upset about it than I was!

My first cruise was with my friend Christine and her daughter. I had a great time and definitely missed my family. It was a 10 day Caribbean Cruise and it was wonderful.

The second cruise I took with Kim – a 17 day repositioning cruise from Portugal to South America. We visited 8 different ports and spent 10 days at sea. This was the longest cruise I’ve ever taken it never felt long. I had a personal training session and we spent Kim’s Birthday in Argentina.

For both cruises I packed very carefully to make sure if I needed to I would be able to manage my luggage. However, that was never an issue. Both cruises ran very smoothly and I had plenty of help – but if not I was prepared.
